Intermark Group came to us for the renovation of the Roger’s Trading Company building. Built in 1928, the renovation of this Birmingham landmark was considered a Historic Restoration. The Challenge in renovating the building for Class A office space was to create an open environment that fosters energy, but also provides sound as well as visual privacy, all while retaining some of the industrial nature inherent in the space.
