As the Principal-in-Charge, Lauren is responsible to each client for the sucess of the project. Included in his responsibilities will be over-sight for the development of the vision and design concept for the project where he is the principal-in-charge.

One of Lauren's strengths is the ability to establish and guide the "vision" for projects under his direction. This can be seen time and time again with projects like the Shelby Family YMCA, Greystone Legacy Homes, The Colonial Promenade Shopping Center and the Briarwood Fine Arts Facility and Gymnasium where he directed the project until the design goals had been achieved.

Maintaining principal involvement throughout the process is critical to our philosophy as a firm and we commit this to all of our clients.
